The superb interior design of these new regional rail Trenitalia 'Minuetto' 3 car sets are a pleasure to travel in.
These trains are quiet, smooth riding, almost vibration free and include power points for lap tops and charging mobiles.
They are a great way to travel in the Valle d'Aosta - very useful for walkers and skiers with good bus connection from Pré St Didier to Courmeyeur.
Here my daughter enjoys passing through the many tunnels in between views of the valley not seen by motorists.

They are a great success and since introduction in Italy in 2005 over 190 sets have been purchased. They are also being used in France and elsewhere in Europe.
